FF&E schedules
Paste the link. The schedule writes itself.
Drop in a product URL and Rosco pulls the brand, model, code, finish, dimensions and product image into the row. Cost totals, lead times and approval status update as you go, and the whole schedule exports on your studio’s own branded template.

The problem
FF&E schedules are built by copying model numbers off websites into a spreadsheet, then rebuilding the whole thing in InDesign every time the client wants to see it.
One URL fills the whole row.
Paste a supplier product page and Rosco reads it: brand, description, model, code or SKU, finish, dimensions, and the product image. You check it, set the quantity and location, and move on to the next item. No retyping specifications, no saving images out of browser tabs.
Costs and lead times that add up as you specify.
Quantity times cost rolls into a live total for the schedule, so the client conversation about the appliance budget happens while there’s still time to change it. Lead times sit on every row, and the longest one tells you what has to be ordered first.
- Live total cost and item count
- Status counts: awaiting approval, approved, ordered
- Lead time per item, longest-first for ordering
- Filter by supplier, status or location
Issue it on your own letterhead.
Upload a .docx template once — your logo, type, column layout and footer — and every schedule export comes out branded, with the revision date and project details filled in. PDF for issuing, DOCX when someone needs to mark it up.
- Separate templates for schedules, minutes and defects
- Placeholders replaced with your project data
- Product images carried into the export
- Revision date on every issue
The rest of it
Schedules per package
Appliances, tapware, lighting, furniture, finishes — separate schedules with their own codes on the one project.
Item codes
A.01, A.02 and so on, so drawings, orders and site conversations all reference the same item.
Supplier on the row
Company, contact, email and phone pulled from your contacts, ready to order against.
Approval trail
Awaiting approval, approved, ordered. Status per item and counted across the schedule.
Locations
Tag each item to a room or zone, then filter the schedule down to a single space.
Notes and revisions
Per-item notes for substitutions and caveats, with a revision date on each issue.
Stop rebuilding schedules by hand.
