Contacts & consultants

One address book. Every project it works on.

Consultants, subcontractors and suppliers live in a single practice-wide list. Add one to a project and the two lists stay in step — so you can see, per project, which disciplines are still required and which are engaged.

Free plan: one project, one user. Current plan inclusions and terms are on the pricing page.

Practice-wide contact list — filter by category, trade, project or tag.

The engineer’s details are in someone’s phone, the quote is in an inbox, and nobody can say whether the planner was ever appointed.

i

Two lists, one record.

Adding a contact to a project searches the practice list first, so you draw on the record you already have instead of typing the consultant in again. Update an email once and it’s correct everywhere. The practice list shows which projects each contact is on; the project list shows only the people on that job.

ii

The record holds the whole engagement.

Category and trade, company and contact name, email, phone, address and website. On a project, the same record also carries the fee proposal amount, the date it was sent, attached files and the engagement status.

  • Categories for consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Tags for the way your studio actually sorts people
  • Quotes and proposals attached to the contact, not an inbox
  • AI Import: paste an email signature or drop a business card and Rosco fills the fields for you to check
iii

A pipeline for who’s engaged, and who still isn’t.

List the disciplines the project needs, then move each one along as the engagement progresses: fee proposal requested, response received, sent to client, engaged. Empty columns are the point — an empty Engaged column means nobody has been appointed yet.

Drag a consultant between columns, or mark as engaged from the record. Not appointing? Move it out and keep the trail.

The rest of it

One record per contact

Project contacts are drawn from the practice list, so a consultant on three jobs is still one record.

Pipeline or table

Read the engagement as a board when you’re chasing it, or as a table when you’re reporting on it.

Fee proposals in one place

Proposal amount, sent date and attached quote sit on the consultant’s project record.

Email from the record

Open a consultant and email them without hunting for the address.

Required disciplines

Set out what the project needs at the start, so gaps are visible before they hold up a submission.

AI Import

Paste a signature, website text or a business card photo. Rosco extracts the fields and you approve them.
